Return Policy

Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges for items that are unused, in their original condition, and with all tags intact.

Timeframe: Customers must initiate a return or exchange request within 12 hours of receiving the item.
Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support at 9849164401 or info@haans.com. We will provide you with instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process a refund to the original payment method or exchange the item as requested.
